These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of ShotStores (“Service”), provided by ShotStores Inc. (“we”, “us”).

1. Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

2. Wallet balance

Balance is non-refundable after consumption and does not expire. Unused balance remains tied to your account indefinitely.

3. Ownership of output

You retain full ownership of all images generated through the Service and may use them commercially.

4. Prohibited use

You agree not to generate content that infringes third-party intellectual property, depicts real persons without consent, or violates applicable law.
